Welcome to the magical hidden garden of Macdonald’s Farm. We are so excited to be able to introduce the Farm Garden for 2021 – a garden to enjoy as guests of ours.
Here you are able to relax on picnic rugs on our large lawn surrounded by our wonderful animals, enjoy a glass of your favourite drink, at our new Sundowner Bar, and put your feet up whilst the children enjoy the playground or ride on one of the farms friendly ponies.
We are delighted to be able to have our wonderful animals for guests and visitors to say hello to and you can even help us feed them! Come and say hi to our amazing alpacas, give our rabbits a cuddle and have a chat to our resident spotted African owl – Zulu.
Also in the garden – our weekly pop up ‘Food at the Farm’ food nights where you will be able to get some of the best BBQ and Cornish local food around plus a range of activities for little ones.
FOR DAY VISITORS AND LOCALS – We welcome you to come and enjoy our garden and animals. This has to be a parent/responsible adult supervised visit as there are no guided tours in the garden. Your entry will include seeing the animals, enjoying the brand new playground with toddler and bigger children’s swings, climbing frames plus sandpit and trampoline’s and feel free to relax in our farm garden with lawn games available to use. We will only be asking for a small nominal entrance fee to help with the care of our animals and you will be very welcome to stay and enjoy our new Sundowner Bar, grab a coffee and cake or enjoy our Food at the Farm evenings with some great local cooked food. Please see our calendar above for days and times for public entry. Please note that on some entry days there will not be pony rides available. Under 16’s MUST be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Rest assured our magical new Farm Garden will be one of the most unique places to eat, drink and relax with views of the rolling valley and the sea beyond.
Bar open during peak/low season and at owner’s discretion. All children must be accompanied by an adult whilst in the garden and with the animals.
Keep an eye on the diary for our ‘Food at the Farm” pop up nights. Enjoy some fantastic local food and a huge range of local drinks at our Sundowner Bar.
